Slower & Simpler - A Simple Accomplishment

This holiday vacation my youngest grandson and I shared a simple but most gratifying success. I taught him how to tie his shoes. 

We both are feeling proud of his new found skill. Celebrating such a simple but memorable accomplishment reinforces the joy of sharing, teaching, and learning.

 In our world of fast-paced electronics, there still is a need for basic life skills. 

A simple formula: take a grandparent, a young child, a relaxing summer day, and you just never know what the result might be!!
